We deliver truly personalized support and intensive case management, holistically empowering individuals to overcome significant barriers and forge a sustainable pathway to lasting independence and stability.

Empowerment Programs

JDC’s unique approach to rebuilding lives through a dynamic, holistic model that integrates secure, stable transitional housing with intensive, individualized case management. This foundation is amplified by comprehensive Life Skills Development, Employment Readiness training, and dedicated Wellness & Recovery Support, all designed to holistically empower residents to forge a sustainable path to lasting purpose and independence.

Admission Process

Ready to take the next step toward independence? Our admission process is straightforward and designed for personalized support. We start with a simple online pre-screening to check eligibility, followed by a facility tour and an in-depth intake interview with a Case Manager. Once rules are reviewed and an agreement is signed, you'll receive a full move-in orientation. We're here to guide you through every step of the application and transition.
